On November 1, 2025, our friends at the Confucius Institute for Traditional Chinese Medicine and Regenerative Medicine at the University of Galway visited us here in Mountbellew and hosted a heartwarming Chinese cultural experience event at Galway's Living Bog Interpretive Centre.
The event, themed “Experience, Exchange, and Appreciation,” unfolded under the autumn sun. Participants enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, experiencing the unique charm of Chinese culture through taste, color, and hands-on activities.
We can’t thank them enough for the lovely day. We deeply appreciate their generosity, creativity, and enthusiasm in sharing their culture with our community. The event was a true celebration of friendship, learning, and cultural exchange — one we will remember fondly for years to come.
