    Walking Fun!

Can honestly say it was a pleasure to go over there today, and introduced to Galway's living bog tracks and trails boardwalk. Maria our guide full of knowledge about our bogs and like us are passionate about our bogs and forests trails and preserving them it's very informative and it's an 9k walk looped around the bogs, and back to the centre where Maura the manager is welcoming and provided us with tea and coffee and biscuits well worth a visit it's only 5eu per person to spend 3hrs with passionate people,it's only 30 minutes from Athlone and the tour/walk starts at 11 every Wednesday. So if you are a walking group,or anyone that has an interest in the outdoors and what grows in our bogs, then get over to Galway living bogs. Paddy's rambler's. Highly recommend.
